Men's Basketball Ticket Information
In order to be eligible for tickets, you must be a Men's Basketball season ticket holder or Bear Foundation member. Priority assignment for tickets will be allotted based upon Bear Foundation priority ranking and availability. Seats will not go on sale to the general public. Ticket requests for all rounds will begin Sunday, March 16 after the completion of the NCAA Selection Sunday Show. The deadline to request tickets will be Monday, March 17 at 5 p.m. CT.
Fans will be notified of their ticket status 48 hours after the request deadline. All tickets will be delivered digitally.
Tickets for the First Round, Second Round, Sweet 16, and Elite 8 are valid for only the session that Baylor plays in. Tickets cannot be purchased for single rounds. Tickets for the Final Four are valid for both semi-final games. If Baylor does NOT advance, there will not be any tickets available for the Championship Game.

Credit Card Processing
If you are selected for tickets for the First and Second Round, those tickets will be charged to your credit card together. If Baylor does not advance, you will be refunded for the Second Round. If you are selected for tickets for the Sweet 16 and Elite 8, those tickets will be charged to your credit card together. If Baylor does not advance past the Sweet 16, you will be refunded for the Elite 8. If you are selected for tickets for the Final Four and Championship Game, those tickets will be charged to your credit card together. If Baylor does not advance past the Final Four, you will be refunded for the Championship Game. There will not be any other refunds, exchanges, or cancelations on confirmed ticket orders.
